Bruce Boyd
With more than 25 years in construction and over 15 years in the roofing industry, I’ve dedicated my career to delivering quality craftsmanship and building lasting relationships. As co-founder and CEO of BulletpROOF Exteriors, I’m passionate about developing great people, leading by example, and building a company homeowners can trust for generations. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on our kids at their activities, and relaxing at the river.
Megan Boyd
Before joining BulletpROOF Exteriors full-time, I spent years managing projects for a construction company specializing in underground utilities, where I gained valuable experience in operations, accounting, and customer service. Today, as co-founder and CFO, I use that experience to oversee our financial operations, improve our processes, and help ensure every homeowner receives an exceptional experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family at the river, traveling, and making memories with our kids and our animals.
Sean Reaver
I’m a 2016 U.S. Naval Academy graduate, former Navy Football player, and Marine Corps veteran. The discipline, leadership, and commitment to service I developed throughout my military career continue to guide me as I help lead the strategy and growth of BulletpROOF Exteriors. My goal is to build a roofing and exterior company that Annapolis homeowners can trust for generations.
Brad Reaver
Before joining BulletpROOF Exteriors, I spent several years in finance, including four years with Partners Group, where I developed a strong ability to evaluate risk and identify real value. Today, I use that same attention to detail to help homeowners understand their options with patience and honesty. As a partner focused on growing our Annapolis branch, I believe the best roofing experience starts with homeowners feeling heard, informed, and confident in their decisions—not pressured into making them.
Exterior Consultants
Cody Lewis
I’m passionate about helping homeowners protect their biggest investment with honest advice and quality service. When I’m not meeting with customers, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors. As a Roofing Specialist at BulletpROOF Exteriors, I strive to make every project a smooth, stress-free experience from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
Wanye Crabill
I’m a proud husband and father of two who enjoys hunting, fishing, and making the most of time with my family. After owning my own business for several years, I joined BulletpROOF Exteriors because I wanted to bring my passion for serving people to a company known for quality craftsmanship and integrity. My goal is to make every homeowner’s experience as smooth, honest, and stress-free as possible while delivering results they can be proud of.
Travis Bewley
I’m a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University, where I played rugby and developed the work ethic, discipline, and team-first mentality that continue to guide me today. I’m also a proud husband and father, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and fishing whenever I get the chance. At BulletpROOF Exteriors, I value our family-oriented culture and believe in treating every customer like family by providing honest guidance, exceptional service, and quality solutions that stand the test of time.
Sean Duggan
I’m a family-oriented professional who believes in treating every homeowner with honesty, respect, and the same care I’d want for my own family. I take pride in working hard, communicating clearly, and making the roofing process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Jackie
I’m Jackie, a wife and proud mom of three boys. When I’m not cheering them on at football and wrestling or helping with the local youth wrestling program, you’ll usually find me anywhere there’s water.
Roofing is in my blood, with a family rooted in the industry. Combining that with my background in sales and marketing made joining BulletpROOF Exteriors a natural fit.
I’m committed to educating homeowners, providing honest guidance, and making every roofing or siding project a smooth, stress-free experience.
Production
JC Burrier (VP of Production)
I joined BulletpROOF Exteriors as an Exterior Consultant and am proud to now serve as our Vice President of Operations. With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, I’m passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and helping our company continue to grow. Outside of work, I enjoy welding, coaching my kids’ football teams, and spending time with my son and daughter.
Katie Starliper
I’m a wife, stepmom to three amazing kids, and a proud dog lover who enjoys bringing a positive attitude and a little humor to every day. I joined BulletpROOF Exteriors because I enjoy helping people, and in my production role I coordinate materials and communicate with homeowners to keep every project running smoothly. I’m committed to making every customer’s experience as stress-free, organized, and enjoyable as possible from start to finish.
Nick Edwards
I’ve worked in the construction industry since I was 16, and as Field Quality Supervisor at BulletpROOF Exteriors, I take pride in making sure every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. I enjoy working closely with our crews to ensure every homeowner receives the best possible experience. Outside of work, I enjoy riding dirt bikes, camping, woodworking, and spending time with my family and friends.
Devon Call
I’m passionate about helping others and enjoy spending my free time outdoors, whether I’m fishing, playing football or baseball, or making memories with my grandad. Since joining BulletpROOF Exteriors earlier this year, I’ve been grateful to be part of a team that truly feels like family and is committed to supporting one another. I strive to treat every home as if it were my own, giving every customer 110% effort with a positive attitude and a commitment to helping them achieve their dream roof.
Operations
Kyle Best (VP of Sales)
I spent 6 years working with BulletpROOF as their material supplier rep and decided to join the team as the VP of Sales in February 2026. I was attracted to their ‘do the right thing- all the time’ and ‘customer first’ mentality and culture. Now as the person responsible for maintaining that culture, I am committed to ensuring each one of our customers feels that in every interaction we have with them.
Amanda Uch
When I’m not cheering on my three kids from the soccer sidelines, you’ll usually find me cooking, reading, or pretending I know what I’m doing on the golf course. I’ve been proud to call BulletpROOF Exteriors home for the past five years, and I’ve always believed that putting BulletpROOF first is the key to creating an exceptional customer experience. My mission is simple: make every customer feel valued, informed, and confident they’re in the right hands from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
Jess Weddle
Before joining BulletpROOF Exteriors last year, I worked as a Project Manager, where I developed the organizational skills I now use to coordinate our team and schedule homeowners for their initial appointments. I love being part of the BulletpROOF family and helping create an exceptional customer experience. Outside of work, I’m passionate about helping dogs find loving homes, spending time with my daughter, and loving just about every animal—except snakes.
