Services Provided

BulletpROOF Exteriors provides exterior construction and improvement services, including but not limited to:

Roofing installation, repair, and replacement

Siding installation and repair

Gutter systems

Exterior painting

Storm and weather damage restoration

Other related exterior services

Estimates & Scope of Work

All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

Quotes are valid for [30 days] unless otherwise stated.

Hidden damage, structural issues, or code requirements discovered after work begins may result in additional costs.

Any change in scope requires written customer approval.

Payment Terms

A deposit of [X%] may be required before work begins.

Permits & Compliance

Unless otherwise stated in writing, BulletpROOF Exteriors will obtain required permits. All work will be completed according to applicable building codes and regulations.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area

Remove vehicles, valuables, and fragile items

Inform us of hidden hazards (wiring, plumbing, structural issues)

Keep pets and children away from work zones

The Company is not responsible for damage to items left in or near the work area.

Materials

Materials will match those specified in the agreement when available.

Slight variations in color or texture may occur.

Substitutions may be made if products are discontinued or unavailable.

Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

BulletpROOF Exteriors provides a workmanship warranty of [X years] covering installation defects only.

Manufacturer Warranty

Materials are covered under manufacturer warranties. We assist with claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects.

Warranties do not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage from storms, fire, or accidents

Insurance & Liability

BulletpROOF Exteriors is licensed and insured.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden structural damage.

Liability is limited to the total contract value of the services provided.

Property Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect landscaping and property, but minor incidental damage may occur. We are not responsible for:

Underground utilities not properly marked

Weak or deteriorated surfaces

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

Cancellation after work begins may result in charges for completed work and materials.

Right to Refuse or Stop Work

We reserve the right to stop work if:

Unsafe conditions exist

Customer interference occurs

Harassment or abuse is directed toward workers

Payment obligations are not met

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation or arbitration under the laws of [Insert State/Country].
