BulletpROOF Exteriors is a family-owned company built on craftsmanship, hard work, and a commitment to doing what’s right, whether anyone’s watching or not.
Founded in 2018 by Bruce and Megan Boyd, BulletpROOF was born from a simple mission: build an exterior contracting company on honesty and genuine care for every customer. Bruce had worked his way through nearly every corner of the trades since 2003. By 2018, when his previous company chose to replace its in-house crew with subcontractors, Bruce made the harder, better choice. He branched out on his own and promised his team he had their backs. Many of those original craftsmen still work alongside him today.
Megan brought 18 years of construction industry experience in project management, estimating, and organizational leadership, much of it built nights and weekends while supporting their growing vision before joining full-time to lead operations. What started as a small family business in Frederick County, Maryland has grown into a trusted name across Maryland, South Central Pennsylvania, and West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle, one relationship at a time.
In 2026, the family story expanded again. Bruce’s cousins, Sean and Brad Reaver, partnered with Bruce and Megan to bring BulletpROOF to Annapolis, carrying forward values passed down through three generations from William and Carrie Boyd. Sean, a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Navy Football alumnus, and Marine Corps veteran, brings discipline and leadership shaped by years of service. Brad, a University of Tennessee graduate, brings the kind of precision that means no surprises: accurate estimates, clear timelines, and a project that’s run exactly the way it was promised.
Today, with a strong veteran presence woven into our team and four partners carrying on a family legacy, BulletpROOF remains focused on one thing: treating every roof, every customer, and every community we serve like our own.
